Your orders are our priority. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after you place them. During busy times, like new collection launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

To cater to your needs, we offer several shipping options:- Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3-7 business days.- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.- International Shipping: Delivery times vary but typically range from 5-15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping method selected. You can review the shipping costs for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to track your order and know its estimated delivery date, giving you peace of mind.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier issues may cause delays. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

For our international customers, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns

Not loving your fit? Send it back!

We understand things can happen so if you need to exchange or return an item follow the process below.The Brand Daily. will gladly refund your purchase as long as it is received within 21 days from your purchase date. All items being returned must have its original tags attached and be in great sellable condition.

Please note

Items being returned cannot be worn and must be in great selling condition. Items cannot be washed. Items must contain its original tags

Please follow these steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

Click on start a return. Let us know why you are returning your outfit.

Get your return label

Print out your free pre paid return label and apply it to the outside of your return bag.

Prepare your return for shipment

Gather the merchandise and place it in the return bag. Include the order sheet within the bag and make sure the label is on the outside of the bag.

Drop off your return

Drop your return to the closest UPS or Postal service near you. Once we receive the package you can expect your refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

Please note

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return when we receive it.

You may return the item in your own shipping/packing method. If you choose to use our packaging to return the item there is a flat fee of $12

Sale items

All items purchased during sales are final. These items will be marked as final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you attempt to ship this item back we will send you that same item back as we do not accept exchanges or refunds on final sale items.

Damaged Items

If you return a damaged, worn item in bad condition we will send it back to you as we do not accept returns/ refunds or exchanges on damaged items. If you need help contact our team in the contact us section.

Refund to the original payment method will commence within 3-5 days from when we receive the package.
