Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as your package has been fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive an email containing your order number and tracking link. If you have not received an email with a tracking link, please allow our team 48 hours to process your paid orders. During sales and holiday periods, the processing time is longer.

When will my package be delivered?

Please find the tracking number in the email once your package ships. You can also log in to your Daily. Account and track your order.

Can I exchange a faulty item?

We hand package our products with extra love and care! If our products do not meet your standard, please feel free to get in touch with us. Please provide your order number, a picture of the item(s), a picture of the outside and the inside of the package, and the delivery slip.

I am missing an item.
